PLATELET RICH PLASMA
PRP therapy for Skin and Hair Rejuvenation at Moreton Aesthetics
At Moreton Aesthetics, we offer advanced PRP therapy to stimulate natural rejuvenation using your body’s own healing abilities. Led by Dr Nabila, our clinic specialises in regenerative treatments designed to restore skin health, improve hair density and promote a more youthful appearance.
What is PRP?
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is a regenerative treatment that uses the platelets and growth factors found in your own blood to accelerate healing, boost collagen and stimulate tissue repair. It’s a powerful, natural way to improve skin quality and support hair regrowth.
What system do you use and why?
We use the Cellenis PRP® system, one of the most advanced PRP technologies available. Cellenis ensures a high concentration of platelets with minimal contamination, which translates to more consistent, longer-lasting results with minimal discomfort. This is a closed system, which is excellent for sterility.
Who is PRP suitable for?
PRP is ideal for men and women concerned with skin ageing, acne scars, dullness, or hair thinning. It’s a natural, safe solution suitable for most skin types and age groups, especially those seeking minimally invasive treatments with no synthetic products.
Where can PRP be used?
PRP is highly versatile and can be used on:
Face (for texture, tone, and fine lines)
The eye area (to reduce dark circles and crepiness)
Neck and décolletage
Scalp (to treat hair thinning and support growth)
Hands or other areas with skin laxity
What are PRP results like?
Results are gradual and natural-looking. In skin treatments, PRP improves radiance, texture and firmness. For the scalp, it can thicken hair, reduce shedding and stimulate dormant follicles. Results continue to improve over several months as collagen and cellular turnover increase.
What happens during a PRP session?
Your session begins with a consultation and assessment. A small amount of your blood is drawn and spun in the Cellenis PRP® centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. This golden serum is then injected or applied via microneedling into the treatment area. The process takes around 45–60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
For optimal results, we recommend a course of 3-6 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Some clients may require more depending on the condition being treated.
How soon will I see results?
Results begin to appear around 3–4 weeks after your first session, with continued improvement over the next few months as your skin or scalp regenerates.
What is the downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience mild redness, swelling or sensitivity for 24–48 hours. Most clients resume normal activities the next day.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects are rare and temporary, as PRP uses your body’s own blood. Mild redness, swelling or bruising may occur. Full aftercare instructions are provided to support healing.
How long do PRP results last?
PRP results can last between 6 to 12 months depending on the area treated, your skin type, and lifestyle. Regular maintenance helps extend your results.
Do I need maintenance sessions and after how long?
Yes, we recommend a maintenance session every 6–12 months to maintain results and continue collagen stimulation or hair support.

Led by aesthetic dentist Dr Nabila, this regenerative treatment uses your body’s own natural growth factors to stimulate collagen, repair tissue, and promote healthy hair and skin.
PRP is particularly effective in treating dark eye circles, lip rejuvenation, and dull or ageing skin when used alone or alongside microneedling for enhanced results. For those struggling with thinning hair, PRP is injected directly into the scalp to reactivate dormant follicles and encourage long-term growth without synthetic ingredients or downtime.
This versatile treatment is suitable for both men and women and can be customised to suit individual skin and hair concerns.
