Happy Hormones, Happy You

Dr Milli Raizada

When you think about your menstrual cycle, do you know much beyond your period, PMT and ovulation? I certainly didn't.

Have you noticed how your energy and mood changes throughout the month? Why do you crave certain foods at times? Why is exercise fine some days and a slog the others?

Dr Milli navigates  you through your cycle to guide with helpful tips on optimising wellbeing, diet and exercise at each point.

This is a must read for woman of all ages.

Ultra Processed People
Dr Chris Van Tulleken

Wow. If there's going to be one food book that changes your mindset, it's this.

Dr Chris changed my view on food within the first chapter.

As a dentist and mother, I struggle to explain the hidden issues in the food around us.

We need to take back control of what we're eating and this book will explain why.

I implore you to read this.
